Yuki Kajiura LIVE Vol.#4 DVD release has just been announced on Victor’s site. The 2-part concert will be released over two seperate discs:

1. FictionJunction YUUKA: October 21, 2009 (VTBL-7, 3,990 yen)
2. FictionJunction: December 23, 2009 (VTBL-8, 3,990 yen)

Below you can find the setlist from the final concert @ JCBHall (as listed in the concert report by toublog). Chances are the DVDs will have the same tracklist, since they used all the performed tracks on the previous LIVE DVD.
