From official Kalafina site:

• Kalafina album will be released in Spring. It will include all seven Kara no Kyoukai themes, so does that mean no single for the final Kara no Kyoukai song? Lacrimosa (Kuroshitsuji ED) will be a seperate 4th single for the group (not included on album). Lacrimosa premiered during YUKI KAJIURA LIVE VOL#3.

YUKI KAJIURA LIVE VOL#3 2ch RUMOUR MILL (through viola, elcazador):

• One of the FictionJunction units will be doing the OP to PandoraHearts anime. The ED will be by savage genius as announced some time ago on their JVC site.
• FictionJunction YUUKA performed a new song titled 記憶の森 (supposedly similar to nowhere in style). It will be used as a theme for the upcoming Tsubasa OADs and be included on the Everlasting Songs album.
• A DVD of the event is planned. Or at least it was being filmed… :P

And as a side-note:

• Yuuka Nanri will be releasing her first solo single, Odyssey (UMCK-5229), on February 25, 2008.
