- Chapter 4: December 17, 2008 (ANSB-2887/ANZB-2887)
- Chapter 5: January 28, 2009 (ANSB-2889/ANZB-2889)
Limited Edition of each chapter will come with a bonus soundtrack CD. Hurrah.
