Short post on those things.
- Kanako Itou is doing the new BLASSREITER anime ending theme, “A Wish For The Star”, which will be out on August 6, 2008. (official site). She also has a TogaInu no Chi single coming out on July 16, 2008.
- KingRecords has put up samples for Dream Port, the Revo&Yuki Kajiura collaboration single. The sample for “sand dream” is not yet visible on the site, but is accesible with a simple link alteration . Not particularly excited about this single (sounds like a lot of SH/Kajiura stuff, most importantly FJ KAORI “tsubasa” on main theme, and like some of My-Otome on the arrange) but whatever - Revo/Kajiura it is, worth a mention here. :P
- In more exiting Kajiura news: Kalafina Note blog suggests a CD announcement for “ARIA” might be coming soon.
- The 5th chapter for Kara no Kyoukai is apparently getting its theatrical release on July 26, 2008 (Seasons of Change).

The official Kalafina website got updated with the new Kara no Kyoukai ending theme sample & profiles for all the vocalists. The complete Kalafina line-up is (left-right in the pic) Wakana (FJ WAKANA), Keiko (FJ KEIKO), Maya and Hikaru.
As for the sample, I love it - you can tell from a mile away that it’s Kajiura, yet it sounds different & fresh since the new girl sounds nothing like vocalists she worked with before. So… even if I’m disappointed with the Dream Port single I have something I’m looking forward to - CD release when?
This episode, my friends, was simply EPIC. I love kure-nai. Matsuo Ko is easily my favorite director ATM.

What’s this mean…? Is it just a general upcoming media announcement or anime foreshadowing… I mean, I wasn’t really expecting to see anything on Umineko on Oyashirosama.com…
