Fuck yes! I thought it would be released in June or later, but April 18 already is the official date! Hopefully it’s another great FictionJunction YUUKA track.

Consider the release date (April 18) and tracklisting a rumour for now as I didn’t find them on JVC’s official site.

Edit: The official release date appears to be May 16.

Yep, since I still haven’t met a single Higurashi game fan who’d say he liked BGMs in the anime. I don’t really understand why they are hating on Kenji Kawai’s score, as from the tracks I heard (the following CDs: “Thanks/you”, “Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai OST”) I don’t think many would work in the anime as it is - so if they did use them, game fans would hate on how they don’t work in the anime… Why stress how much you hate the score when you probably hate the whole anime?

Anyways, so below you will find tracklists for all of Higurashi’s mini-Soundtracks that came with the DVDs. They feature several new tracks/versions of old tracks (【＊】). There’s more after the jump~
